JDN Property Management Inc. is seeking a subcontracted Maintenance Technician / Handyman to join our maintenance team for ongoing work. This role involves handling a wide variety of repairs, coordinating materials, and bringing jobs to completion with professional communication.

Qualifications

• Carry own liability insurance and provide proof.
• Pass a criminal record check.

• Comfortable receiving electronic work orders and photos.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide variety of repairs and complete as much work as possible in one visit.
• Create a repair list, obtain materials, and bring jobs to completion.
• Review work orders, communicate questions or delays, and document completion with notes and photos.
• Provide clear invoices and material receipts for billed work.
• Participate in an approximately two-week emergency on-call rotation.
