Job summary

Flair Airlines is hiring a Vendor Coordinator to manage external customer support vendors, monitor performance, and drive service improvements. The role is on-site with options in Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, or Toronto, and requires strong collaboration with vendor leads and internal teams.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in customer service or vendor coordination, with airline or travel experience considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Hospitality, Aviation Management, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• 3–5 years in customer service, vendor coordination or QA is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities and performance of external customer support vendors.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for vendor Team Leads.
• Review performance metrics and identify trends or improvement areas.
• Provide feedback and help establish action plans with vendor leadership.
• Monitor calls, bookings, and quality results; escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain records of discussions, action plans, and follow-ups.
