Job summary

Instacart seeks a Chief of Staff, Online Grocery to partner with the General Manager and lead strategic and operational initiatives for a ~200-person product, design, research, and TPM organization. You will help make decisions faster, align product and design with engineering, and drive execution across critical programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run the operating rhythm for the GM and org, including leadership syncs and business reviews.
• Prioritize and delegate workstreams to keep initiatives on track.
• Clarify decision rights and build pre-reads to frame options.
• Capture decisions and ensure follow-through with stakeholders.
• Shape leadership offsites with objectives, agendas, and follow-up.
• Partner with GM, HR and finance on headcount budgeting.
