Job summary

The LCBO in Toronto is seeking a data quality professional to safeguard vendor master data across the organization. You will review changes, enforce controls, and develop metrics to drive accuracy and efficiency in procurement and supplier management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 3+ years in data management, data quality or process improvement.
• Experience with vendor/master data in supply chain, finance, or procurement is a plus.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and data governance principles.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Dynamics 365) and data visualization tools (Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Review, prioritize, and approve or reject changes to vendor master data.
• Develop, implement, and report on data quality metrics and KPIs.
• Conduct data quality audits, monitor trends, identify issues and root causes.
• Collaborate with IT, Data Governance, and business teams to define standards and implement changes.
• Provide guidance and training to Data Specialists and lead cross-functional data projects.
• Present recommendations and insights to stakeholders and senior management.
