Clutch is seeking a reliable Shuttler to support the Dealer & Wholesale Operations team in Mississauga, ON. This 6-month, full-time role focuses on moving vehicles, maintaining the lot, and coordinating with the dispatcher.

You will handle vehicle pickups, transport to service lanes, and maintain accurate logs. Strong organization, a valid G license, and willingness to work weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience moving and transporting vehicles.
• Valid G license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles as directed by dispatcher.
• Maintain a neat and orderly grounds and staging lot.
• Pick-up and delivery of vehicles from storage and other dealerships.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Make key tags and manage inventory of vehicles.
• Maintain logs of logistics and inventory using manual and computerized systems.
• Inspect vehicles for condition, documentation accuracy, and readiness for transport or sale.
• Weather-related lot and vehicle clean-up when necessary.
• Work shift is 8:00 AM–4:30 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM–5:00 PM on weekends.
• Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.

What you’ll do

• Moving vehicles as directed by dispatcher.
• Maintaining a neat and orderly grounds and staging lot.
• Pick‑up and delivery of vehicles from storage and other dealerships.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles.
• Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records, including vehicle status, documentation, and system updates, using manual and computerized systems.
• Inspect vehicles to verify condition, documentation accuracy, and readiness for transport or sale.
• Weather related lot and vehicle clean up when necessary.
• Work shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (weekdays) / 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (weekends)
• Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday), depending on operational needs.

• Experience: 1+ years of experience moving and transporting vehicles. Ability to drive manual transmission a plus
• License: Valid G License and clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits
