Job summary

Clutch is hiring a Shuttler Driver – Production (Mississauga) to move vehicles through onboarding and reconditioning, ensuring inventory readiness. You will shuttle between vendors, storage yards, and Clutch facilities, supporting vehicle onboarding and detailing as needed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid G2 license, and the ability to drive manual cars. Prior driving or logistics experience is preferred, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Support vehicle onboarding and detailing teams as required.
• Assist with organizing vehicles in the warehouse and outdoor lots.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks and report any issues or damage.
• Ensure vehicles are handled safely and in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements.
• Meet daily shuttle and turnaround targets.
• Work closely with the Production team to support inventory readiness.

About the Role

Shuttler Driver – Production (Mississauga)

As part of Clutch’s Production team, the Shuttler Driver plays a key role in ensuring vehicles move efficiently through our onboarding and reconditioning process. This role supports inventory readiness by transporting vehicles safely and on time between vendors, storage locations, and Clutch facilities.

What You’ll Do

• Shuttle vehicles between vendors, storage yards, and Clutch facilities
• Support vehicle onboarding and detailing teams as required
• Assist with organizing vehicles in the warehouse and outdoor lots
• Conduct basic vehicle checks and report any issues or damage
• Ensure vehicles are handled safely and in line with company policies
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements
• Meet daily shuttle and turnaround targets
• Work closely with the Production team to support inventory readiness

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum G2 driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
• Previous driving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Salary range: $20.00 per hour
