Job summary

Clutch is seeking a dedicated Shuttler to join our Dealer & Wholesale Operations team in Mississauga on a 6‑month, full‑time basis. You will move vehicles, maintain a tidy lot, and handle pickups/deliveries with attention to documentation and inventory accuracy.

The role requires a valid G license, 1+ years of vehicle movement experience, and a strong customer‑facing attitude. Shifts include weekdays and weekends with a 4‑day/1‑weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years' experience moving and transporting vehicles.
• Valid G license with clean driving record; manual transmission a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles as directed by dispatcher.
• Maintain a neat and orderly grounds and staging lot.
• Pickup and deliver vehicles from storage and other dealerships.
• Drive vehicles to service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Make key tags and manage inventory of vehicles.
• Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records and update documentation.
• Inspect vehicles for condition, documentation accuracy, and readiness for transport or sale.
• Weather-related lot and vehicle cleanup as needed.
• Work shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (weekdays) / 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (weekends).
• Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, depending on needs.

What you’ll do

• Moving vehicles as directed by dispatcher.
• Maintaining a neat and orderly grounds and staging lot.
• Pick‑up and delivery of vehicles from storage and other dealerships.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles.
• Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records, including vehicle status, documentation, and system updates, using manual and computerized systems.
• Inspect vehicles to verify condition, documentation accuracy, and readiness for transport or sale.
• Weather related lot and vehicle clean up when necessary.
• Work shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (weekdays) / 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (weekends)
• Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday), depending on operational needs.

Education: Minimum High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience: 1+ years of experience moving and transporting vehicles. Ability to drive manual transmission a plus
• License: Valid G License and clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits
