Job summary

Porsche Centre Markham, part of Pfaff Automotive Partners, is seeking a Lot Attendant to maintain the lot appearance and vehicle displays in Markham, ON. The role is on-site, full-time, and focuses on daily inspection, cleanliness, and organization of new and pre-owned vehicles.

Responsibilities include showroom cleanliness, vehicle inspections, document handling, and minor errands. The ideal candidate has 1+ year automotive experience, a valid Ontario driver's licence, and strong communication

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in automotive field is an asset.
Valid Ontario Driver's Licence.
Clean driver abstract.
Intermediate manual driving experience required.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Greet customers ensuring optimum customer service.
Ensure showroom cars are cleaned daily and coordinate showroom.
Ensure delivery vehicles are quality control inspected and acceptable.
Deliver and/or pick up documents from Licence Bureau.
Check in new vehicles when they arrive by transport and note any damages on Bill of Lading.
Report all defects and/or damages to Sales Manager immediately.
Ensure customer parking spaces are available on the lot.
Maintain the general housekeeping of the lot, showroom and showroom washrooms to Pfaff standards.
Run errands for reception and the sales department as required.
Reporting to the Sales Floor Manager.
