The Vehicle Lot and Logistics Coordinator is a hands-on position that involves indoor (computer work, customer communication) and outdoor (moving, cleaning, inspecting vehicles) tasks, requiring adaptability to all weather conditions. The role demands excellent customer service, administrative support, and meticulous lot maintenance. Success depends on organizational and computer skills, physical capability, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and contribute to EBlock’s mission of creating the best digital auction experience.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm EST

Responsibilities

1. Take initiative and perform detailed work accurately, ensuring project completion.
2. Use excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with stakeholders via phone, email, and in person.
3. Provide administrative support, including file organization, document prep, and data compilation.
4. Ensure an exceptional customer experience through proactive, hands-on support.
5. Troubleshoot issues collaboratively to benefit EBlock and customers.
6. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.
7. Proficiently use software applications like Microsoft Office and web-based programs.
8. Pay attention to detail in paperwork, filing, data entry, and analysis.
9. Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment.
10. Ensure dependable attendance.
11. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. English language proficiency.
3. 2-4 years’ experience in automotive or transportation preferred.
4. At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean record.
5. Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
6. Ability to work independently and in a team.
7. Capability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
8. Knowledge of web-based applications and inspection tools preferred.
9. Detail-oriented, dependable, and customer-focused.
