Giesecke+Devrient ePayments Canada Inc. is seeking a Vault Custodian to handle the receiving and issuing of plastics, coordinate with departments and clients, and maintain card inventory balances.

The role requires careful handling of vault procedures, accurate logging, and adherence to safety rules. You will process customer requests, audit card stock, and ensure proper shipping, labeling, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Issue plastics for production and remakes.
• Receive cards into the vault from manufacturing.
• Receive products for external sources—cards, holograms and signature panels.
• Process customer requests for cards.
• Responsible for scrap and balance of card stock.
• Issue and receive returns from Chip room.
• Respond to queries from customer service.
• Quality check all requests before distribution.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area.
• Adhere to workplace safety procedures.
