Job summary

  • Managing shop productivity, scheduling, labour utilization, and workflow for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting the hire process for the service team; coaching, developing, and supporting technicians and shop leaders.
  • Building strong relationships with customers by ensuring quality repairs and delivering excellent service.
  • Monitoring department performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Promoting a strong safety culture and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
