The Senior Sales Manager will be a customer-facing role, developing growth programs for the Masoneilan and Consolidated valve lines. Responsibilities include:

  • Working with sales teams to identify new valve growth opportunities within specified regions and industries.
  • Building relationships with key decision makers at EPCs, OEMs, and End Users involved in control and relief valves.
  • Expanding sales volumes through project pursuit and customer engagement.
  • Conducting market research and prospecting to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Coordinating with channel partners to cover key project stakeholders.
  • Sharing best practices regionally and globally.
  • Providing market and customer intelligence, especially in the Energy Transition industry.
To Be Successful In This Role You Will
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
  • Have 5+ years in application engineering, industrial sales, or customer service in relevant industries.
  • Have strong industrial B2B sales background, including project timing, budgeting, and negotiation skills.
  • Communicate effectively at all organizational levels and influence through data and experience.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
  • Be able to travel up to 50% for business.
