Pathfind has an immediate opening with a well-established Public Practice Firm. They are seeking a collaborative Valuation Specialist. The Valuation Specialist will be responsible for providing business valuation and transaction advisory services to a variety of clients.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparation of business valuations, due diligence assignments, and financial analysis related to transactions, reorganizations, disputes, and tax filings.
- Consulting with clients, client’s counsel, and company representatives.
- Analyzing and interpreting clients’ financial and non-financial information.
- Objectively identifying risks and opportunities that drive value.
- Conducting industry research and analysis.
- Understanding clients’ businesses and learning their best practices.
- Providing strategic recommendations to clients.
- Representing clients at networking and industry events to generate new business.
Education & Experience
- CBV designation or enrolled and working towards CBV.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive professional accounting experience at a public practice firm.
- Experience in preparing business valuation reports, due diligence, purchase price allocations, and financial models.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal documents.
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams.

The salary range is $100,000 to $120,000, depending on experience.
