Job summary

Gray Collection in Montreal, QC seeks a courteous valet attendant to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and manage parking operations. You will guide guests, ensure safety, and provide a quick tour of room features and hotel amenities.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in a similar role, a clean driving record, strong English (French a plus), and thrive in a fast-paced team environment while multitasking and organizing priorities.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a similar position.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; able to drive automatic and manual cars.
• Excellent customer service: approachable, pleasant, courteous, empathetic, fast acting.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment and handling multiple tasks.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask.
• Knowledge of Ottawa and its attractions and major intersections.
• Excellent oral and written skills in English; French is an asset.
