Job summary

Liburdi Turbine Services is seeking a full-time Vacuum Heat Treat Operator to calibrate furnaces, monitor specifications and ensure metallurgical integrity of turbine components.

The role runs on a day shift, typically Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a base wage of CAD 27.00–29.00 per hour. We emphasize safety, quality, and equal opportunity in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is an asset.
• Experience programming furnace controllers, reading furnace charts and verifying heat treatments comply with specifications is an asset.
• Strong focus on safety and quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate furnaces to keep temperature settings, pressure, and time within specifications.
• Review technical specs to understand materials and desired properties.
• Inspect raw materials before/after heat treatment for size, shape and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance on heat treatment equipment to keep it running.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
