Position Summary: Building on UX100, this course introduces more robust tools and concepts for more complex problem solving. Starting with stakeholder empathy as a key tenet, this course will guide participants through a full cycle of horizon scanning, problem discovery, solution finding, solution evaluation and communication techniques. Students are given real world design challenges and work with clients to develop solutions.

Required Degree: Master’s Degree

  • PhD Preferred
  • Experience teaching or providing training in any of the following: UX, Design Thinking, Design Sprints, User-Centered Design
  • Two or more years experience teaching at the college or university level
  • Two or more years professional experience in UX
