• 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Background in HCI through a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in user research and interaction design with a portfolio.
• Hands-on field research experience.
• Strong UI for data-rich enterprise applications.
• Advanced Figma skills with components and interactive prototyping.
• Experience maintaining design systems.
• AI-assisted design tools for research and prototyping.
• Responsive interfaces for desktop and tablets.
• Independent, proactive collaboration with engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct field research with construction professionals.
• Define research priorities with the UX Research Lead.
• Synthesize findings into role-based communication.
• Design adaptive interfaces for varied user expertise.
• Lead UX/UI design for data-rich apps with 3D models and schedules.
• Design conversational and multimodal experiences.
• Communicate system evidence and uncertainty to inform decisions.
• Improve visual consistency and usability for demos.
• Perform UI audits and recommend improvements.
• Create high-fidelity designs and component libraries in Figma.
• Use AI-assisted tools for synthesis and rapid prototyping.
• Collaborate with engineers to validate feasibility.
• Do light front-end prototyping when needed.
• Define future UI direction and design system standards.
