Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $75.00/hr

Our consulting services client is looking for a UX Researcher to join their team. This will be a long-term contract, 40 hours per week, 100% remote.

You MUST have active Government Reliability Clearance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conducting user research: planning and executing various research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, card sorting, and ethnographic studies to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
• Analyzing data: Interpreting research findings, identify patterns, and extract key insights to understand user pain points and needs.
• Developing research plans: Defining research questions, establish study objectives, and create research protocols to guide the research process.
• Presenting findings: Clearly communicate research results to cross-functional teams through reports, presentations, and visualizations, providing actionable recommendations for design improvements.
• Collaborating with design teams: Working closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to incorporate user insights into the design process.

Skills Needed

• 6+ years of experience working in a consulting or corporate environment.
• Portfolio to showcase the projects you have worked on.
