Job summary

Fortra is seeking a senior UX Product Designer to own end-to-end design for the Managed File Transfer (MFT) portfolio. You will shape complex workflows, create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs, and collaborate with product and engineering in an Agile environment.

You will conduct usability tests, interviews, analyze telemetry, and contribute to the design system across GoAnywhere, Globalscape, and future MFT initiatives, with remote Canada-based work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design, UX design, or related experience in enterprise software.
• Experience owning complex product features from discovery through implementation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic product thinking, interaction and visual design, prototypes, and shipped enterprise products.
• Experience partnering with Product Management and Engineering in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of usability, responsive design, and modern UI patterns.
• Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with usability testing and product analytics tools.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Design intuitive experiences for MFT product administration, workflow and project design, dashboards, analytics, and AI Assistant features.
• Provide implementation-ready designs, interaction details, and acceptance criteria.
• Review implemented UI and work with Engineering to resolve usability, visual, and interaction issues.
