OPENLANE is seeking a Principal Product Designer to lead end-to-end product design for a key product area. You will mentor designers, partner with product managers and engineers, and drive a strategic design vision across complex enterprise workflows.

You will conduct user research, create artifacts, and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and excellence in user experiences across devices. This role supports a fully remote work model with collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product design, including senior/principal leadership roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design across devices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of user experience for a product area from concept to launch.
