Job summary

Alquemy Search & Consulting is seeking an experienced Intermediate UX Designer to join a collaborative product team focused on designing intuitive, scalable, and user-centered enterprise software experiences.

You will translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders in an Agile setting, and advocate for usability and accessibility.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and shipped products.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design principles.

Responsibilities
