Job description

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate UX Designer to join a collaborative product team focused on designing intuitive, scalable, and user-centered enterprise software experiences. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys solving complex problems, simplifying workflows, and working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
  • Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Design and enhance user experiences for web and mobile enterprise applications.
  • Simplify complex workflows and information-rich interfaces into intuitive and efficient solutions.
  • Participate in design reviews and collaborate with other designers to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Work within established design systems and contribute to reusable components and patterns.
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of designs.
  • Incorporate user feedback, research findings, and analytics into design decisions.
  • Advocate for usability, accessibility, and user-centered design best practices.
  • Support product delivery within an Agile development environment.
Required Qualifications
  • 4–6 years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and shipped products.
  • Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
  • Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design principles.
  • Experience designing enterprise SaaS, B2B applications, or desktop software.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working within Agile development environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries.
  • Familiarity with usability testing and UX research methodologies.
  • Experience designing dashboards, workflows, and data-intensive applications.
  • Understanding of accessibility and responsive design best practices.
  • Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams.
