Job summary

Altis in Vancouver, Canada, seeks a Senior UX Designer to lead the full design process for digital experiences within a lottery portfolio. You will partner across product owners, developers, researchers, and designers to shape customer-centered solutions through discovery, research, ideation, and handoff.

You will drive strategy, facilitate workshops, and mentor teams while maintaining design consistency and quality in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive UX design experience delivering end-to-end digital experiences within complex enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in user research, interaction design, information architecture, usability testing, and experience strategy.
• Strong experience with customer experience methodologies, including customer journey mapping and service blueprinting.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, design collaboration, and developer handoff.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile experiences using human-centered design best practices.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders through strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience working within Agile product delivery teams and contributing to design systems is considered an asset.
