Vendry is transforming the way companies find, vet, and hire top-performing marketing, design, and web development agencies. Our platform blends smart technology with human expertise to streamline the agency search process—empowering brands to make confident, informed hiring decisions faster.

The Role :

We’re looking for a thoughtful and skilled UX Designer to help bring our vision to life across key touchpoints—from our public-facing homepage to our internal search tools and agency admin experience. This is a part-time, freelance role where you’ll collaborate directly with Vendry’s leadership and product team to design elegant, intuitive user experiences for both sides of our marketplace.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how brands navigate our search platform and how agencies manage their presence, all while maintaining a cohesive, high-quality visual identity.

Responsibilities :

• Design and iterate on core pages of the Vendry platform, including the homepage, landing pages, and client onboarding flows.
• Lead UX / UI design for new features in our agency search app, including dashboards, filtering tools, proposal views, and admin workflows.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes in Figma (or similar tools).
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to bring designs to life—ensuring technical feasibility and a seamless user experience.
• Apply and evolve our design system and ensure visual consistency across components.
• Conduct lightweight usability testing and implement feedback to improve functionality and clarity.

Qualifications :

• 3+ years of UX / UI design experience (ideally across both B2B platforms and marketing sites).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, user-centered design solutions across desktop and mobile.
• Deep experience with Figma (or similar) for wireframing, prototyping, and design system management.
• Ability to translate product goals into clean, intuitive flows.
• Comfortable working in an async, fast-moving environment.
• Bonus : Familiarity with marketplace or SaaS products, or experience designing admin tools / dashboards.

Time Commitment & Compensation :

• Freelance / part-time : ~10–20 hours per week
• Compensation : Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience
• Remote : Open to candidates in any timezone, with some overlap with Eastern Time preferred
