We're looking for a UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user experiences across our web, application, mobile, and software platforms.
You will apply user-centered design methodologies and techniques throughout the research, analysis, design, and evaluation phases of each project.
You'll be responsible for producing functional wireframes that meet ergonomic requirements and ensuring the overall user experience quality for the creative projects you contribute to.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to:
- Design information architectures (sitemaps, navigation models, features, content hierarchy).
- Conceptualize and create UX prototypes for various digital projects.
- Present UX strategies and wireframes to clients.
- Analyze target audiences, user profiles, and needs to envision innovative web solutions.
- Develop user experience models by integrating best practices in usability, navigation, and web accessibility (wireframes).
- Conduct heuristic evaluations of existing websites and contribute to evolution plans and UX recommendations (personas, user testing, etc.).
- Perform user research to understand behaviors, needs, and motivations, and use these insights to guide design decisions.
- Participate in user testing to gather feedback and continuously improve your designs.
- Stay up to date on UX/UI trends and best practices and suggest innovative ideas to improve our products.
Required Qualifications and Characteristics
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years of UX design experience, preferably in web and mobile development environments.
- A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX/UI best practices.
- Proficiency in responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Hands-on experience with design tools such as Axure, Figma, Miro, etc.
- The ability to clearly present and explain your creative approach and work to team members and clients.
- The ability to manage stress effectively and work on multiple projects with short timelines.
- Strong attention to detail, high creativity, and the ability to solve complex design problems.
- A collaborative mindset, speed of execution, and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent command of French (spoken and written) is required, and functional English is considered an asset.
- A university degree in a relevant field such as UX design, web ergonomics, or interaction design.
