You'll be responsible for producing functional wireframes that meet ergonomic requirements and ensuring the overall user experience quality for the creative projects you contribute to.

At Tink, we value creativity, innovation, and a user-first mindset to solve design challenges.

  • Conceptualize and create UX prototypes for various digital projects.
  • Present UX strategies and wireframes to clients.
  • Analyze target audiences, user profiles, and needs to envision innovative web solutions.
  • Develop user experience models by integrating best practices in usability, navigation, and web accessibility (wireframes).
  • Conduct heuristic evaluations of existing websites and contribute to evolution plans and UX recommendations (personas, user testing, etc.).
  • Perform user research to understand behaviors, needs, and motivations, and use these insights to guide design decisions.
  • Participate in user testing to gather feedback and continuously improve your designs.
  • Stay up to date on UX/UI trends and best practices and suggest innovative ideas to improve our products.
Required Qualifications and Characteristics

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of UX design experience, preferably in web and mobile development environments.
  • A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX/UI best practices.
  • Proficiency in responsive design and accessibility standards.
  • Hands-on experience with design tools such as Axure, Figma, Miro, etc.
  • The ability to clearly present and explain your creative approach and work to team members and clients.
  • The ability to manage stress effectively and work on multiple projects with short timelines.
  • Strong attention to detail, high creativity, and the ability to solve complex design problems.
  • A collaborative mindset, speed of execution, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent command of French (spoken and written) is required, and functional English is considered an asset.
  • A university degree in a relevant field such as UX design, web ergonomics, or interaction design.

  • Access to a free gym.
  • Telemedicine and employee assistance program.

  • Various and modern technologies.
  • Reimbursement of training and development activities.
  • Events and social activities.
  • Experienced colleagues and diverse fields of expertise.
