Wright Tree Service of Canada is seeking a motivated Utility Tree Trimmer for Calgary. You will trim, prune, and remove trees near utility infrastructure, using safe techniques and a range of equipment in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• Utility Tree Trimmer Certification.
• Valid Class 5 drivers’ license, with air endorsement or willingness to obtain.
• Applicants must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Current First Aid with CPR or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Trim, prune, and remove trees or branches that pose a risk to utility infrastructure.
• Use industry-standard techniques to safely remove trees without damage.
• Operate equipment such as chainsaws, pole saws, aerial lifts, chipper trucks, and cranes.
• Train and supervise crew members in safe practices around high-voltage equipment.
