Job summary

E. Bourassa & Sons, a Redhead Equipment company, at Weyburn branch, is seeking a Utility Person to assist in the service department and branch operations. You will work with Service Technicians, help ensure parts are ready, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

This role offers training opportunities and a path to learn service technician tasks. Ideal candidates bring mechanical aptitude, customer-service mindset, and a collaborative attitude, plus a valid driver’s license and relevant training

Responsibilities

• Support the Service department by assisting technicians and tasks as directed.

E. Bourassa & Sons, a Redhead Equipment company, has an exciting career opportunity for a Utility Person at Weyburn branch. At Redhead Equipment, we do Whatever It Takes to meet the needs of our customers and have been doing so for 75 years. We deliver the most dependable brands of agricultural, truck, and construction equipment across 14 locations in Saskatchewan.

This position will support the branch operations by assisting with equipment presentation, facility upkeep, and day-to-day operational needs within the service department.

The primary responsibility of this position will be to work with the Service Technicians to assist with their tasks. Being a hand to the entire Service department, this person will ensure parts are available prior to a job being started and assist in maintaining a clean work environment.

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

• High School Agriculture Equipment Technician Level 20/30 level credit is an asset, but not a requirement.
• Pre Employment (Certificate program) training in Heavy Duty Construction Equipment mechanics.
• Mechanical and/or computerized diagnostic skills using OEM specific programs
• Forklift experience is considered an asset.
• Experience with large equipment is considered an asset.
• Valid driver’s license.
