Reporting to the Manager, User Experience, the User Experience & Interface (UX/UI) Designer III leads UX design across broader product areas, initiatives, and complex workflows. This role shapes UX priorities, influences product direction, mentors designers, advances design quality and system consistency, and uses research, data, and UX metrics to inform user-centered solutions and stakeholder decision-making.
We are dedicated to transparency in our hiring process. $83,000 - $103,800 annually, reflects a reasonable expectation for pay for the position depending on qualifications and experience. This compensation is specific to the role within our organization and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to job-related skills, experience and relevant training or education, business and organizational needs.
