Beyond Landscaping Ltd. in North Vancouver is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to run jobs from start to finish. You will lead a crew of 2–5, coordinate layout, sequencing and quality, and act as the on-site liaison with clients.

The role emphasizes crew leadership, plan-reading, and a strong safety culture. We offer year-round, full-time work, a company truck for foremen, and opportunities for advancement within a growing North Shore team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years landscape construction experience.
• Proven crew leadership experience.
• Valid BC driver's license and ability to tow 10–14 ft trailers.
• Ability to read plans and translate them into daily tasks for crew.
• Reliable, organized, and calm when the day changes on you.

Responsibilities

• Run job sites start to finish—layout, sequencing, quality, cleanup.
• Lead a crew of 2–5—direct the work, set the pace, uphold standards.
• Be the customer's point of contact on site—answer questions, flag changes.
• Keep jobs on schedule and on budget—materials, hours, waste.
• Train the next generation—bring apprentices up to your level.
• Own site safety—daily checks, hazard calls, ensure everyone goes home safely.

You've been the guy the crew already asks when something goes sideways. This is the role where that's your actual job — your site, your crew, your standard.

Retaining walls, paving stone driveways, decks, fences, turf, excavation. We're one of the fastest-growing companies on the North Shore, and we're hiring foremen who want to grow with us.

What you'll own

• Run job sites start to finish— layout, sequencing, quality, cleanup
  
• Lead a crew of 2–5— direct the work, set the pace, hold the standard
  
• Be the customer's point of contact on site— answer questions, flag changes
  
• Keep jobs on schedule and on budget— materials, hours, waste
  
• Train the next generation— bring apprentices up to your level

What you bring

Must-haves

• 4+ yearslandscape construction experience
  
• Proven crew leadership— you've run sites, not just worked on them
  
• Valid BC driver's licence+ confident towing 10–14 ft trailers
  
• Strong across multiple trades: hardscape, concrete, carpentry, masonry, planting
  
• Can read plans and translate them into a day's work for your crew
  
• Reliable, organized, and calm when the day changes on you
  

Nice-to-haves

• Small equipment tickets (skid steer, excavator)
  
• First Aid certification
  
• Red Seal or trade certification
  
• Experience with site scheduling or crew apps
