BeyondLandscaping Ltd in North Vancouver is seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman to lead a 1–3 person crew on diverse outdoor projects. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades, and ensure safe, quality work across retaining walls, paving, decking, and planting.

We look for hands-on experience in landscape construction, strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to stay long-term with our growing team.

Qualifications

• Driver's license preferred, not mandatory.
• Experience running small crews (1–3 people).
• Proven hands-on landscape construction knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew at landscape construction sites.
• Oversee daily site activities and safety.
• Coordinate tasks and schedules for 3–4 trades.
• Ensure quality workmanship and timely completion.

Buildingdream backyards for customers which includes but is notlimited to: Retaining walls, artificial grass, decks,fences, sod install, paving stones, walkways,driveways, excavation, planting etc. Work on 3-4Trades, work and learn, concrete, landscaping,carpentry, masonry, planting, artificial turf etc.
