Alberta Health Services in Edmonton is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for an urgent care setting with a Regular Part Time schedule. You will provide patient-centered care within an interprofessional team, focusing on timely assessment and safe, complete care.

The role requires Alberta LPN registration, BCLS-HCP certification, and experience in emergency/urgent care. Shifts include evenings, nights, and weekends with a 0.50 FTE and city-wide responsibilities.

Formación

• Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program.
• Active or eligible for registration and a practice permit as an LPN in Alberta.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
• Minimum of one year of recent Emergency or Urgent Care experience.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing workloads with strong prioritization and clinical assessment skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support shift transitions including evenings, nights and weekends.
• Assist with patient transport and positioning as required.
