Location: London ON or Kitchener ON, in office

Compensation: based on education/qualifications, starting $80k +

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage development applications including Official Plan Amendments, Zoning Bylaw Amendments, and Site Plan Applications
• Lead public consultation meetings and community information sessions
• Conduct due diligence studies and project coordination across disciplines
• Maintain client relationships and contribute to business development efforts
• Ensure project professionalism, quality, and timely delivery within budget

Skills/Qualifications:

• Urban Planning degree with OPPI membership (or eligibility)
• RPP designation or eligible within 6 months
• Minimum 5 years' industry experience, preferably in consulting
• Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, meeting deadlines with attention to detail
