What your weeks are going to look like

• Daily Scrum-type meetings;
• Develop a relationship of trust with the partner by acting as the main point of contact in your area of expertise;
• Contribute to the various stages of video game design and production as part of a multidisciplinary team;
• Communicate smoothly with other departments (design, art, production) for optimal integration;
• Contribute your expertise to determine the most appropriate technical means for the project;
• Ensure code quality and good development practices (code reviews, testing, optimization);
• Mobilize, supervise, and support your team through coaching and continuous feedback;
• Collaborate with your technical director to ensure alignment with company standards.

This management role involves technical involvement with varied responsibilities that evolve over time, making every day stimulating and fun!

What we’re looking for

• University or college degree in computer science or equivalent;
• Minimum of five (5) years of development experience;
• Experience as a lead programmer or similar role;
• Mastery of the Unreal game engine;
• Ability to travel outside the country as required;
• Good oral and written communication skills in both French and English, as we work with English-speaking partners.
