Offworld Industries is hiring a Build Engineer to join the Central Tech team. You will develop and maintain Unreal Engine 5 build pipelines, automate workflows, and partner with game teams to improve delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities include building scalable infrastructure, implementing testing and profiling tools, and defining best practices for automated testing within a live deployment cycle. Candidates should be adept at scripting and cloud/on‑premise setups.

Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD build systems for PC/console games.
• Proficient with Perforce and Unreal Engine tooling.
• Strong scripting (Python/PowerShell).
• Experience building automated pipelines and tooling for game development.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and collaborative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and maintain Unreal-Engine-based build pipelines and tooling.
• Build scalable on-premise and cloud infrastructure for game delivery.
• Champion automation to solve build, test, and content delivery challenges.
• Collaborate with game teams to optimize build workflows.
• Implement and operate testing and profiling frameworks for games.
