Responsibilities

• Respond to IT requests to support infrastructure and software.
• Install, configure, support, and manage IT equipment inventory (computers, printers, phones), network gear, and software.
• Analyze user and department needs.
• Design, program, and test IT solutions.
• Develop applications, internal tools, or automation scripts.
• Collaborate on data integration between IT systems.
• Test, validate results, and fix issues.
• Document developments and create user guides.
• Present progress to IT manager and users.
• Contribute to improving digital processes and solutions.
• Provide occasional support for developed systems/tools.
• Follow best practices in coding, cybersecurity and data management.
• Perform related internship tasks.

During this internship, you will have the opportunity to:

• Respond to users’ IT requests to provide support for a variety of infrastructure and software
• Install, configure, support, and manage the inventory of IT equipment (computers, printers, phones/phone systems), network equipment, and software for users
• Analyze the needs of users and the company’s various departments;
• Design, program, and test an IT solution that meets the identified needs
• Participate in the development of applications, internal tools, or automation scripts
• Collaborate on data integration between different IT systems
• Conduct testing, validate results, and correct any detected issues
• Document completed developments and prepare the necessary user guides
• Present project progress to the IT manager and relevant users
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the company’s technological processes
• Contribute to the analysis and implementation of new digital solutions
• Provide occasional support to users for certain developed systems or tools
• Adhere to best practices in programming, cybersecurity, and data management
• Perform any other related tasks associated with the internship
