Job summary

Soucy is offering a hands-on manufacturing engineering internship in Drummondville, designed to involve you directly in production improvements. You will work with production teams to implement safe, efficient methods and help translate ideas into real on‑the‑floor changes.

You will develop clear work instructions, identify improvement opportunities, and assist in the design and commissioning of tools while receiving practical training and mentorship.
