Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Leaving Certificate/Diploma is the minimum requirement.

Responsibilities

• Set up the examination room according to specific requirements and ensure equipment is functioning.
• Administer delivery of electronic and paper exams and document accordingly.
• Handle student issues and direct them to IT support, the Exam Administrator or Professor as needed.
• Ensure students comply with regulations regarding the exam.
• Report any behavior that does not comply with University regulations.
• Collect all exam materials at the end of the period and ensure nothing is left behind.
• Escort students to the washroom when needed.
• Alert the Professor or Exam Administrator when students have questions.
• Ensure delivery of exams by reporting back to Professor or Exam Administrator.
