Job summary

Living Sky School Division invites applications for a Temporary Full-Time Educational Assistant at Unity Composite High School. The role supports core subjects in small groups and in classrooms, helping students engage and succeed throughout the school day.

The successful candidate will bring patience, empathy and strong communication, planning and teamwork to a collaborative educational environment. The position runs 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with benefits typical of the division.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 education with at least one year relevant childcare experience.
• Post-secondary certificate in Early Learning & Childcare would be considered an asset

This posting is for a Temporary Full-Time Educational Assistant Position (1.0 FTE) at Unity Composite High School, commencing immediately with a contract end date of June 30, 2027. Hours of work are 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Educational Assistants are an important part of the school team and promote engagement, participation and success of students.The successful applicant will support core subject areas in both small groups and in the classroom.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 education with at least one (1) year relevant childcare experience
• Post-secondary certificate from a recognized institution in Early Learning & Childcare, Youth Care Worker or equivalent program would be considered an asset
