Living Sky School Division No. 202 is seeking an Educational Assistant for Lawrence Elementary School to support students in both small groups and classrooms.

This permanent, full-time role begins November 2, 2026, within a self-managed collaboration framework that empowers educators and students. Ideal candidates will have Grade 12 and childcare experience, with a post-secondary certificate in Early Learning & Childcare or Youth Care Worker considered an asset.

Qualificações

• Minimum Grade 12 education with at least one year relevant childcare experience.
• Post-secondary certificate from a recognized institution in Early Learning & Childcare, Youth Care Worker or equivalent program would be considered an asset.
• The Right Person will: genuinely appreciate working with children, be patient, plan and organize, communicate well, and thrive in a team environment.

This posting is for a Permanent Full-Time 1.0 FTE Educational Assistant Position at Lawrence Elementary School, commencing November 2, 2026. Educational Assistants are an important part of the school team and promote engagement, participation and success of students. The successful applicant will support core subject areas in both small groups and in the classroom.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 education with at least one (1) year relevant childcare experience
• Post‑secondary certificate from a recognized institution in Early Learning & Childcare, Youth Care Worker or equivalent program would be considered an asset
