Job summary

TEEMA Group is seeking an Unit4 ERP Functional Consultant (HR and Payroll) in Nanaimo, BC to support and optimize HR, payroll, and talent management modules. You will troubleshoot payroll, configure pay elements, and create HR/payroll reports, workflows, and access roles while reviewing updates and supporting testing.

Training users across payroll and HR functions is required. Experience with Unit4 FP&A budgeting is a plus, and collaboration with finance staff on requirements ensures effective

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and optimizing HR, payroll, and talent management modules.
• Ability to create and maintain HR/payroll reports, forms, workflows, and access roles.
• Knowledge of finance modules like Procure to Pay, Budget to Control and Record to Report is a plus.

What you will be doing:

• Support and optimize Human Resources, Payroll, and Talent Management modules
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and support pay runs through stabilization
• Configure pay elements, deductions, benefits, and collective agreement rules
• Create and maintain HR and payroll reports, forms, workflows, and access roles
• Review hotfixes and legislative updates, and support testing
• Train payroll, HR, and supervisor users

What you must have:

• Support and optimize Financials modules: Procure to Pay/Inventory, Budget to Control, Expenditures, Fixed Assets, Project Life Cycle, and Record to Report
• Create and maintain reports, forms, workflows, and user access roles
• Configure updates to existing modules and support new module rollouts and upgrades
• Review hotfixes and releases, advise on new functionality, and support testing
• Conduct system health evaluations and recommend improvements
• Deliver user and specialized training
• Gather and clarify requirements with finance staff and translate them into solutions
• Support Unit4 FP&A budgeting (a plus)

Salary/Rate Range: $55.00 -$65.00 /hour
