Halton Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented administrative assistant for the Department of Diagnostic Imaging in Oakville. The role covers patient reception, registration, order entry, and coordination with physicians and staff to ensure smooth workflow.

The successful candidate will assist with all clerical functions necessary for the smooth operation of the Department of Diagnostic Imaging including patient reception and registration, order entry, film and report filing, telephone reception, bookings, and communication with physicians, staff, patients and visitors. Other cross-functional duties as required.

Status: Temporary Full-time (Approx. 18 months)
Hours: Monday - Sunday; Various rotating 7.5 hour shifts (subject to change based on operational requirements)
Salary:$30.040 to $30.650 per hour
