Job summary

ISS Facility Services - North America is seeking a dedicated janitor to maintain clean and orderly spaces in a full-time role in Ottawa. You will work with a team to clean offices, industrial and institutional spaces, while following written and verbal instructions and communicating effectively with colleagues and clients.

Safety and quality are emphasized in daily tasks. Ideal candidates prioritize guest experience, teamwork, and reliability, with a flexible schedule including weekends.

Hourly Wage

Work Hours

The work hours for this position are Mon - Fri + Weekends, 6:00 am -5:00 pm

Key Purpose

Janitors keep assigned areas, such as offices, commercial spaces, industrial spaces, or institutional buildings, in clean and orderly condition. You will work successfully with fellow employees, clients, and all levels of the organization. You are expected to understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written; and explain how to complete a task using basic communication skills.
