Job summary

ISS Facility Services - North America is seeking a janitorial professional for the London, Ontario area to keep offices, commercial, industrial, and institutional spaces clean and orderly. You will follow instructions and communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.

The role runs Mon–Fri with weekends, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, and offers hourly pay of $20.00 to $22.00. No prior cleaning experience is required; candidates must be a team player with strong customer

Hourly Wage

ISS offers full-time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 per hour -$22.00 per hour

Work Hours

The work hours for this position are Mon - Fri + Weekends, 8:00 am -5:00 pm

Key Purpose

Janitors keep assigned areas, such as offices, commercial spaces, industrial spaces, or institutional buildings, in clean and orderly condition. You will work successfully with fellow employees, clients, and all levels of the organization. You are expected to understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written; and explain how to complete a task using basic communication skills.

• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Communicate with the lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers professionally
• Fill in during staff shortage
• Support shift lead in completing punch‑list items

• Understand customer service and satisfaction
• Understand reporting systems and the environment
• Instilling trust
