Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and support.
• Respond to security alarms and conduct receipt checks.
• Identify and address safety hazards to protect customers.
• Escalate emergencies promptly.
• Maintain and submit regular reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail preferred.
• Strong relationship-building skills with store teams.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional and approachable demeanor.
• Calmness in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• First Aid and CPR certification is an asset.
