Your Next Challenge:

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing material, tools, equipment, and products within the underground warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all functions. You will also promote and respect Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and environmental standards.

  • Efficiently receive, sort, and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined storage locations.
  • Process reservations and work orders or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items, and distribute them as requested.
  • Work closely with all departments, providing a high level of accuracy in customer service.
  • Regularly review and optimize bin locations for new and existing materials as needs arise.
  • Record inventory transactions accurately and promptly.
  • Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe, maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
  • Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate methods.
  • Open bales, crates, and other containers.
  • Record amounts of materials received or distributed via SAP/JDE.
  • Perform physical inventory counts to ensure warehouse accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
  • Operate mobile underground equipment as needed, including RTV, forklift, Toyota carrier, and boom truck.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
What You Need to Succeed:
  • High School Diploma.
  • Familiarity with email management and computer use.
  • Prior experience with SAP/JDE is an asset.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Your Work Schedule:

  • Schedule: 7/7 rotating days and nights at our Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake, ON.
