Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of experience as a miner.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of Ontario Basic Underground Miner standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate mining equipment to load, haul, and dump ore or waste safely.
• Identify unsafe conditions in underground headings.
• Scale back and secure underground areas as needed.
• Setup pumps after mucking and coordinate haulage trucks.
