Manroc Developments Inc. is seeking an experienced Development Miner to join our underground development team.

The successful candidate will operate jackleg/stoper to carry out lateral, incline, and decline ramp development in a fast-paced production environment where safety, efficiency, and quality are top priorities. This role offers a 14/14 rotation with Drive-In or Fly-in Site access, rotating days and nights, and opportunities for hands-on training and career growth within a supportive,

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating jackleg/stoper is required.
• Strong commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment in a production-driven setting.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to complete pre-access testing as a condition of employment (as per client site requirements).

Schedule & Site Conditions
