Estimated Number of Positions: 40 total positions, 4 hours per position

Teaching Dates

• Thursday, November 5th, 15:00-18:00 + 1 hour prep time (4 hours total)
• Friday, November 13th, 14:00-17:00 + 1 hour prep time (4 hours total)
• Wednesday, November 25th, 15:00-18:00 + 1 hour prep time (4 hours total)
• Thursday, November 26, 15:00-18:00 + 1 hour prep time (4 hours total)

Position Summary

Undergraduate Course Assistants (UCAs) for NUR1 235, NUR1 338, and NUR2 534 will be required to provide laboratory demonstrations on abdominal (and some pelvic) anatomy using pre-dissected cadaveric specimens (i.e., prosections). In addition, UCAs will be expected to participate in laboratory set‑up, clean‑up, and reinforcing the Anatomy Lab Code of Conduct. Depending on the number of applications received, a select number of applicants may be asked to participate in an informal interview process.

Qualifications

In order to be considered, you must have successfully completed any of the following courses:

• ANAT 214
• ANAT 316
• FMD – INDS 112 (Block B) & INDS 113 (Block C) in good standing.
