The University of Alberta in Edmonton is seeking a Student Services Advisor to support undergraduate Engineering students.

The role administers admission and transfer credit for domestic and international applicants, and provides academic advisement including first-year, with evaluation of standing.

The incumbent works independently within a student services team to support enrollment management and community outreach goals within the Faculty of Engineering.

Descripción del empleo

This position has a term of one year plus a day with the possibility of extension.

Location - This role is hybrid with a mix of remote and in-person. Work primarily takes place at North Campus, Edmonton.

Reporting to the Manager, Student Services, the Student Services Advisors provide superior student services to undergraduate Engineering students. Specific responsibilities are to administer the admission and transfer credit processes for domestic and international applications, provide academic advisement for undergraduate students, including first-year, evaluate academic standing and facilitate convocation procedures within the Faculty of Engineering.

The incumbent(s) work independently within the student services team, and contribute to the service, enrollment management and community outreach goals of the Faculty of Engineering.
