UltraScan Medical Diagnostic Imaging is a a fast growing medical imaging company looking to add to our team of talented individuals. Our company believes in work/life balance.

Job Summary:
As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for performing sonograms on patients in a variety of settings. You will help our patients by providing stellar patient care, and you will be responsible for making sure the equipment is in good working order.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using ultrasound technology on patients, including obstetric, gynecologic, abdominal, and vascular studies.
  • Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process, answering questions, and ensuring comfort.
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
  • Capture high-quality images and video recordings of anatomical structures for interpretation by physicians.
  • Document and maintain accurate patient records, including images and reports, in compliance with health regulations.
  • Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss findings and assist in diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Adhere to protocols and standards to ensure the accuracy and safety of ultrasound examinations.
